I live in Columbus, Ohio with Chloe, my constant companion and delightful miniature schnauzer. Career HighlightsI am currently employed by International Business Machines Corporation (IBM), where I work as a marketing and business development executive responsible for strategy, planning, and market execution. Prior to working in alliances and marketing for IBM, I was a retail industry consultant, where I spent an average of four days a week on the road helping retail business improve their performance through better operations. Prior to consulting, I worked as a retail industry professional, having been employed by major companies such as Lord and Taylor, and The Limited Inc. My detailed resume is available here. EducationI attended and graduated from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in (of all things) philosophy. Prior to attending Rutgers, I spent two great years at Middlesex County College, where I managed to get serious about my education for the first time. I graduated from East Brunswick High School in East Brunswick, New Jersey in the spring of 1982, where I did little more than daydream about girls, hang out with friends, and pretend I was going to be a rock star! Family InformationMy mother, Iris, lives in New Jersey. My father, Jack Campanella, passed away in 1987. I have two brothers, Steve and Dan. Steve lives in Gulfport, MS and works as a crew chief for the Air Force Reserve based in Biloxi MS. Steve is a Crew Chief, and is personally responsible for a C-130 aircraft that is part of the famous Hurricane Hunters (view pics of a recent visit I made to the base here; Visit the Hurricane Hunters' official website here). Dan lives with his wife Vickie and their new baby boy Dan Jr. in San Angelo, TX where he is a fireman. Dan has another son, Jack Campanella who currently lives with his mother in Montana. I have two great cousins, Scott and Keith Lennox who live in northern New Jersey with their wonderful families. You can see Scott's website here, and Keith's website here. Chloe, a 6 year old miniature schnauzer, is my constant companion. I got her from my breeder, GloJan Schnauzers in Pataskala, Ohio. Schnauzers are obviously our favorite breed of dog, and we love them for their "mindless" energy, devotion, and silly little ways. For more on our schnauzers, go to the Silly Snout Pages. Birthplace and Other InformationMark was born in Rockville Centre, New York on December 9, 1964. He has lived in a number of cities and towns mostly on the east coast including Albany, NY; Shrewsbury, MA; Raynham MA; Port Jefferson Station, NY; East Brunswick, NJ; Oakland, NJ; Park Ridge, NJ; New York, NY, and Columbus, OH.
